For the 29th of October

So! Today's presentation went really well, I'm glad we got the PowerPoint working (yay for Christian!) and it seems that we got the best feedback as well. I want to know what you guys think about making the game multi-player. There's definitely no point in making it completely 3d since we need the game to function on school computers, and I don't really like the idea of changing our single-player concept.. but you can tell me what you think.

Also, we might need to think about some moderately contemporary items our main characters could wear/carry?

Anyway, these are the things we have to do for the final deadline and how we have decided to divide the work between us:
  • Emelie is going to write about 4 critical terms - rules, culture, agency and narrative.
  • Cecilia is going to keep working on our characters and digitizing them, as well as writing more text.
  • Chris and Emelie are going to be looking for more photos we can use for our game, using my screenshots and changing them, and writing more text
  • Therese will do some drawings (of a nice winged horse!) and write more for her genre & enviroment part
  • I will do some drawings of our tokens and write more about our features. I will also play more of The Longest Journey this weekend and give you guys more screenshots to work with.
We can all post up text, photos and drawings as we go along. I suggest that we make a deadline for our text and images before the 29th, then I can compile everything into one document and send it off to Lissa. Perhaps we can make sure that text & images are done at least a few days before the deadline so I have time to check through everything and make sure we have everything we need.

Other than that, I hope everyone has a great week!

//Eva
